PROGRAM & SOLUTION MANAGER

Missions:

As part of its continued strong growth, Trace One is recruiting a Program & Solution Manager.
Under the Products and Solutions director, you will direct the products and solutions effort, coordinating between the Development, Marketing, and Production departments.

Your responsibilities:
- You specify new functional offerings for the products and solutions under your responsibility.
- Working with Software Development, and using an established methodology, you define product and solution roadmaps.
- You monitor the execution of the product and solution roadmaps.
- You locate and distribute the information needed to complete the product and solution roadmaps.
- You are responsible for meeting and tracking budget, forecasts and estimations.

Profile:

 - (M/F) with university degree in computer science, you have a demonstrated 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally as Product or Program Manager for a software vendor.
- You have successful project experience in a software environment with team coordination responsibilities.
- You are very detail-oriented and are very sensitive to functional expectations.
- You are also rigorous, methodical, independent, and have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English a must.
- Some experience in marketing would be a plus.
