VP Customer Success & Support
As VP Customer Success for Trace One, Anne-Marie is responsible for ensuring Trace One customers receive an exceptional experience across all organizational interactions. Anne-Marie has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the software and retail business. She started at Trace One in 2000 as a co-founder, being was responsible for business model and account management activities and then she became responsible for all initiatives and teams for Professional Services, Suppliers On-Boarding, Inside Sales and Sales administration where she acquired an incredible experience of the retail private label market, a strong knowledge of the customer base and a financial expertise to drive consistent business success. Prior to joining Trace One, Anne-Marie was Business Director at Le Nigen Industries, a Manufacturer specialized in Care products, Hygiene, Beauty to develop the private label business. She began her career at Carrefour, a global leader and reference in food retail, and became Head of Product Manager in Care products, Hygiene, Beauty private label business. Anne-Marie holds a Master of Business Administration from IAE Lyon.
