On June 25, 2019, the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) of the European Union (EU) has issued new notifications of food recalls:
- Presence of Listeria monocytogenes in organic cheese from Belgium (2277)
- Aflatoxins detected in multiple food commodities – groundnuts from Egypt (2275), nutmeg from China (2019.2278), hazelnut kernels from Turkey (2019.2280);
- Salmonella enterica ser. Infantis in chilled seasoned portioned chicken fillets from the Netherlands, as notified in (2279).
