On August 25, 2020, the National Law Information Center of Korea has published the new "Enforcement Rule on Food Advertising and Labeling Act (No.30973)"
The scope of the regulation is to "stipulate matters entrusted by the Act on Labeling and Advertisement of Food, etc. and matters necessary for its implementation." Compared to the old version, the Article 15 on Delegation of authority was subject to change.
