On April 7, 2019, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MSDF) has published the new “Act on Advertising and Labeling of Food(No.17246).”
The Act repeals the previous version from May 13, 2018. Among others, the paragraph regarding Penalties has been updated.
The document has immediate effect.
