On August 16, 2019, the Official Gazette of Peru has published the new Directoral Resolution No. 0044-2019-MINAGRI-SENASA-DSA “Approve mandatory compliance requirements for the importation of milk and dairy products intended for human consumption from Uruguay.“
With this resolution, new compulsory requirements for the import of milk and dairy products intended for consumption from Uruguay are implemented. Moreover, products compliant with the requirements will be covered by a Health Certificate, issued by the Official Competent Authority of Uruguay.
The new document partially repeals the resolution Nº 001-2011-AG-SENASA-DSA.
