On February 25, 2020, the "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/247 of 18 February 2020 entering a name in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications [‘Queso Castellano’ (PGI)]" was published on the Official Journal of the European Union.
With this publication, the name "Queso Castellano" (PGI) entered in the register and denotes a product in Class 1.3 – Cheeses (as listed in Annex XI to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 668/2014).
The Regulation will come into force on March 16, 2020.
