What the merger means for you and your business.

What did Trace One and Selerant each bring to the merger?

The legacy Trace One brought a respected Private Label-focused PLM solution, strong European brand recognition, solid corporate structure, and a strong financial standing. Selerant offered a successful Process Manufacturing PLM and Regulatory Compliance Platform, a firm footing in North America, aggressive sales, as well as the flexibility and drive of a family-owned business.

Today, the new Trace One is harnessing unmatched industry expertise and a vast regulatory database to reimagine CPG and Retail supply chains with an emphasis on collaboration, speed to market, and sustainability. The new entity provides the only suite of CPG-focused PLM and compliance solutions that supports the entire product lifecycle from ideation and production to retail and expansion.

How will the merger impact me?
