Before rising to her current role, Constance served as HR Director and HR Business Partner within Trace One, driving HR policies and processes, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to Trace One, she gained valuable experience as an HR Consultant with EY in France and PeopleFirst in Dubai and previously as an HR Development Manager at Groupama Asset Management in France. Constance is particularly adept in change management, restructuring the HR landscape to serve Trace One’s growing global presence of 500 employees across 11 countries. Her focus extends beyond organizational efficiency to building a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and innovation, resonating perfectly with the company's customer-centric and socially responsible ethos.
