Solution Manager
Your mission:
As Solution Manager, you will be responsible for a product offering. You'll assess the market's needs, express them to the Product & Design and Engineering teams, manage the roadmap, define offers and support product launches. You'll be the real conductor of your product offering.

Build the roadmap in collaboration with the Product & Design and Engineering teams, in line with technical constraints and budgets.
Monitor development progress
Present new functionalities to the whole company.

You already have experience in solution management, product marketing or product management in the software industry.

Database Administrator
Context:
Working in the Management Information Systems (MIS) department, the mission is to, in an international and multicultural environment:

Infrastructure Engineer
Context:
Within the Management of Information Systems (MIS) department, in an international and multicultural environment, you will contribute to the evolution of projects, and the building and maintenance of the IT infrastructure on-premises and in the Cloud. Mission:
Act as the primary owner of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), overseeing the management and execution of centralized Windows Updates and approved software deployments across the organization.
Serve as a Senior Engineer responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of the production infrastructure that relies on wide-distributed Active Directory Domain Services a critical component of the company's security and operations.

Continuously refine mission-critical system configurations to strengthen security in alignment with CIS/Tenable benchmarks and recognized best practices.
Support non-production, but critical Oracle Databases installations by automating deployments, writing backup scripts, optimizing DB performance, and ensuring regular security patching.
Gain expertise in a company-built web application based on .NET/C# and provide consultations to Professional Services and Engineering teams as a subject matter expert in Microsoft technologies that intersect with the functionality of the company's product.
Handle tickets sent to the MIS team: requests, infra changes, deployments, and critical incidents.
Deploying applications (releases) during working and non-working hours and on certain weekends.
Actively contribute to IT projects to keep modernizing the infrastructure and its documentation.

Quality Control Engineer
Context:
The QC Engineer focus is to plan and execute all those tasks required to test and validate that any change introduced in our products complies with the QA policies established in our development process. The QC Engineer will be responsible of monitoring the health of our core products before a new feature / update / patch is delivered to our customers. He will catch and report potential regression issues in the application before they reach the customer.

Solution Manager
Context:
Located in Trace One’s Solution Management for Manufacturers Group, the Solution Manager for Food & Beverage - Enterprise (SM) will effectively own, manage and represent their designated product / solution offering(s) to achieve best-in-market products and solutions that delight our internal and external customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Become the Subject Matter Expert for allocated reference market(s) and provide expertise and leadership for relevant product/ solution(s), representing the “voice of the customer” for in market usage by our clients.
• Define and implement the Product Vision, Product Strategy and Roadmap for his/her specific Product / Solution(s), utilizing best practice Product Management methodologies. This defines a holistic approach including all market, commercialization and technical aspects of the in-scope Product / Solution(s).
• Work collectively with all cross-functional representatives and stakeholders to ensure that the Core Update & Release Strategies are aligned to the needs of the Product Portfolio on an ongoing basis.
• Define the list of packaged plans of application support services and levels which are both applicable to the entire portfolio or specific to one application.
• Collaborate with other SMs and PMMs to resolve any issues of overlap and/or gaps across the overall Portfolio. Working together, assure consistency and completeness of the overall Portfolio across all market solutions; how the solutions are differentiated from each other and how they fit together from a market/business perspective.
• Collaborate with the Trace One Board, Sales and Marketing to define product financial plans and the most appropriate commercialization strategies and go-to-market processes to achieve these plans. This should include a rolling 3 year Financial / P&L Model for each Solution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and relevant technical functions to develop business cases to support new innovation proposals, feature extensions etc., related to their product / solutions(s).
• Working collectively to define robust Product Governance models and processes for managing at both the individual Solution and overall Portfolio levels and agree with all identified stakeholders.
• Working in conjunction with Sales & Marketing teams, assist in the development of all product related Sales & Marketing collateral.
• Undertake comprehensive market and competitor analyses from a market and technical perspective to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitive product offerings and identify commercial opportunities for Trace One.
• Prepare, maintain, and evangelize high-level product roadmap(s) which define enhancements for short- and long-term MVP-based releases.
• Represent the market/business perspective within the product innovation life cycle from strategic planning from ideation, through definition, build and testing to the release process.
• Set priorities and manage the specific product backlog within the context of the overall strategic roadmap, aligned to Company objectives.
• Accountable for the approval of all business and functional requirements documentation, based on robust market needs and use cases, created by the Product Delivery team(s), collaborating in particular with Product Owners and Business Analysts.

Business Analyst
Context:
As a BUSINESS ANALYST, you are responsible for the innovative business and functional requirements lifecycle, including the requirements collection from various stakeholders, the business and functional requirements definition and design, the requirements alignment and harmonization, their prioritization based on the product vision, and the development monitoring through the methodology applied for each project.
You oversee the software implementation iterations making sure that practices, rules, and values are understood, and behaviors are compliant to the Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead workshop sessions with the customer to capture requirements and effectively document them.
· Act for multiple projects at the same time according to the statements of work.
· Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, prototype, or other detailed deliverables.
· Work closely with the PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design the solution for the given requirements and meet the project constraints.
· Is responsible, together with the Enterprise Solution Architect, of the design of the solution (through the Business Blueprint document) for the project.
· Refine and document detailed user requirements, provide clarity for the Development and QA functions.
· Work with Project teams to enforce best practice implementations and optimizing core product reuse. Specifically, refining requirements with Professional Services team members (and end customers where appropriate) to provide functional clarity and relevance.
· In the case of small/small-medium size projects be able to extend their expertise of parts of the project, covering the coordination role typically performed by PMs. Then identify potential project risks (allocation issues, delays, changes in requirements) and develop mitigation plans.
· Validate the product in the development phases following the methodology defined for each project.
· Support the QA testing processes effort, including development of user acceptance criteria.
· Support training efforts for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.
· Develop and provide PLM solution expertise.
· Assist with the business case definition for innovation proposals.
· Support Sales and Pre-Sales departments on RFIs and RFPs, when needed.
· Work with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting companies.

· Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
· Ability to conduct demonstrations of the software and maintain the communication at the business and functional level.
· Self-starter with leadership skills to take charge of or facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.
· Quick learner on new products, systems, applications, and technologies.
· Able to work well with both internal and external clients, including the ability to proactively participate in user group workshops.
· Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
· Willing to travel to customer premises in the requirements gathering phase.
· Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the Chemical and Cosmetics industry.
Education Expertise:
· 5 years+ experience in preparing functional requirements, working with use cases, business process modelling, and preparing use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Chemical and Cosmetics industries.
· Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Knowledge of and experience in the use software design and modelling tools (e.g. UML etc.).
Expected to travel in the country and sometimes internationally.
