With over 25 years of experience in PLM, SaaS, and product software, Séverine brings a proven track record of scaling fast-growing SaaS businesses across diverse international markets and driving global expansion.
Séverine's progressive journey at Trace One—from Chief Product Officer to Chief Operating Officer to CEO—reflects her comprehensive understanding of both market dynamics and the organization's strategic imperatives. Her leadership philosophy centers on delivering increased value to customers, enhancing innovation, and improving user experience for Trace One's community of more than 9,000 brands worldwide. This customer-centric approach, grounded in validated learning methodologies, enables Trace One to continuously evolve its platform and empower brands to accelerate digital transformation, deliver products of exceptional quality, and create meaningful impact for customers and communities.
Prior experience leading analytics and capacity management solutions at Axway and Systar, serving global enterprises including 10 of the world's 15 largest banks, strengthened her ability to navigate complex international software markets and build products that transform business operations across continents and regulatory environments.

Chief Financial Officer
Serving as Trace One’s CFO, Florent Colinet is a strategic linchpin, driving the company’s financial and operational success. Specializing in IFRS GAAP, bank reporting, and cash flow projections, Florent goes beyond traditional financial roles. He actively partners with executive leadership to leverage performance metrics and financial insights, aiding in decisive action for sustained growth and profitability.
Since joining in 2018, Florent has been instrumental in modernizing financial systems. His implementation of Adaptive Insights streamlined reporting and optimized resource allocation. Moreover, he’s fostered key relationships across departments, notably with Sales, to refine actionable Key Performance Indicators.
Prior to Trace One, Florent honed his financial and leadership skills at PwC, managing complex audits and directing large teams. These experiences perfectly position him to align with Trace One's mission to be a global leader in product lifecycle management, influencing the company’s global reach.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Trace One and a member of the Executive Committee, Davide Caleffi owns the company's operating model, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and driving operational excellence across the organization. Partnering closely with the CEO, he leads enterprise governance, strategic programs, post-merger integration, and disciplined execution across departments.
With nearly 15 years in IT and enterprise SaaS, Davide has built and led global organizations spanning Professional Services, Customer Success, Onboarding, Training, and Partner Ecosystems. He has also been instrumental in expanding Trace One's Partner Network, supporting scalability and long-term growth. PMP certified, he is known for engaging stakeholders and leading distributed, multicultural teams with a pragmatic, customer-centric style.
Before becoming COO, Davide held senior leadership roles at Trace One as Chief Customer Officer and Head of Product & Engineering. Prior to Trace One, he was Global Delivery Manager at Abaco SpA. Driven by a passion for execution and people leadership, Davide is committed to positioning Trace One as a global leader in product lifecycle management and compliance.

As General Counsel, Valérie Duroux is the cornerstone of Trace One's balanced partnerships and win-win contracts. Specializing in intellectual property and commercial agreements, Valérie masterfully navigates the global legal landscape to support the company's mission in product lifecycle management and compliance.
Her expertise is garnered from diverse roles in fashion at SMCP, in telecom at Orange, and as a lawyer at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associes, making her an invaluable asset at Trace One. Valérie’s role is critical in guiding the legal intricacies that come with the transformative shifts in the retail CPG and process manufacturing sectors. With her keen strategic insight and adaptive approach, she’s pivotal to ensuring that Trace One's growth is both rapid and compliant.

As Trace One's Chief Customer Officer, Anne-Marie Soubeyran leads the company's global customer strategy with a clear ambition: reinforcing Trace One's position as a trusted strategic partner for retailers and manufacturers worldwide. With more than 35 years of experience across retail, FMCG, and SaaS — including 25 years dedicated to SaaS and customer leadership — Anne-Marie brings a unique understanding of the challenges faced by both retailers and brands, built at the crossroads of technology, product development, operational excellence, and customer collaboration across Europe and North America.
Anne-Marie began her career at Carrefour before moving into manufacturing, gaining a deep understanding of both sides of the value chain. In 2000, she co-founded Trace One and played a key role in shaping its customer operations and international client relationships. Before rejoining the company, she spent six years in international executive leadership at Salsify and PRGX, leading global customer operations and large-scale transformation initiatives that gave her an end-to-end view of product lifecycle management. Recognized for her collaborative, customer-centric leadership style, Anne-Marie sees AI as a unique opportunity to combine industry expertise, human relationships, and innovation — simplifying complexity and helping retailers and manufacturers navigate an increasingly demanding environment.
