The reason why we selected Trace One over other providers was because of, the only functionalities in, the whole that we saw in the tool. We did evaluate, I think, a total of three other providers, and either they didn't have the functionalities that we needed from the point of view of being able to build recipes with other food systems with the ability that we needed, or just because the interface was not clear enough. It was confusing. 

Or because they couldn't be connected to other ingredient systems the way we wanted to. So when we did the demo with Trace One, that's something that really clicked for us. It was easy, the team was really engaged. They were able to answer all our questions live, and it just made sense. From that moment, we knew that that was the solution that we wanted. So that's that's really why we went ahead with Trace One's solution.
