The 22nd ATP draft

Last January 18th 2024, the European Commission published a draft proposal of what will become the 22nd ATP (Adaptation to Technical Progress), offering a preview what amendments to Reg. 1272/2008 will be issued in the future.

The 22nd ATP draft: what’s new?

The purpose of the draft text of what will become the 22nd ATP is to amend Table 3 of Part 3 of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation, by introducing 27 new harmonised classifications, modifying 16 preexisting entries and deleting one harmonised classification (Index 029-024-00-X).

The 22nd ATP draft: when?

The expected adoption date of the 22nd ATP is in second quarter of 2024.
